Your mission

CleanHub harnesses the power of tech to address one of the world's most pressing issues: ocean plastic.

Our goal is to prevent 50% of new ocean plastic by 2030 by connecting consumer brands with waste collection in coastal regions where it is needed most.

We track all the plastic recovered through the CleanHub app and process it in the most environmentally sustainable way available.

We’ve already recovered more than 2m kgs of plastic waste and helped hundreds of brands on their journey to sustainability - now it’s time to scale the impact and grow the number of brands that work with CleanHub. 


Your profile

The purpose of this role is to consistently work with customers so they get the full the value of the CleanHub relationship. This will result in  customers staying with CleanHub long-term, renew each year and ideally increase their investment with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers and managing their accounts throughout the year with the goal of contract renewal.

  • Negotiating renewals and upsells.

  • Helping customers talk about their plastic impact through diverse communication channels. The goal is to increase their ROI, and boost end consumer engagement and sales.

  • Be the key contact between the company and customers 

  • Be a customer champion within Cleanhub and share customer feedback internally in order to improve our services.

  • Analyse customer data to improve their experience, feed back findings to the team and actively improve customer experience.

  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints, answer day-to-day queries and answer content requests.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English and German languages.

  • Communications/marketing degree or previous experience with a similar role

  • Comfortable having commercial/sales conversations 

  • Highly organised and able to multitask.

  • Self-driven and proactive nature.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of customer success processes.

  • Patient and active listener, passion for service.
