Your mission

CleanHub harnesses the power of tech to address one of the world's most pressing issues: ocean plastic.

Our goal is to prevent 50% of new ocean plastic by 2030 by connecting consumer brands with waste collection in coastal regions where it is needed most.

We track all the plastic recovered through the CleanHub app and process it in the most environmentally sustainable way available.

We’ve already recovered more than 2m kgs of plastic waste and helped hundreds of brands on their journey to sustainability - now it’s time to scale the impact and grow the number of brands that work with CleanHub.
Your profile

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding sales team, You will deliver sales of our solution and help drive growth of the company to the next level.

The role is based around our Berlin hub, there will be flexible working but you will be expected in the sales hub each month. Proximity to Berlin (same day travel) is therefore required.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for your own targets and delivering against your sales quota

  • Take appointments booked by the SDR team 

  • Book inbound appointment requests passed over from marketing

  • Plug any gaps in appointments with own prospecting

  • Take appointments. Qualify and execute good discovery, identify product fit and close deals.

  • Manage your pipeline for this quarter and coming quarter

  • Work as part of the GTM team and input into team development and feedback to marketing on campaigns and initiatives

  • Close business and hit your target

About you:

Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment. Track record of driving team enablement and quota attainment

  • At least 3 years experience selling in B2B ideally to CEO or Senior Marketers depending on size of company 

  • Bi lingual (German and English)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, reporting and analytical skills.

  • Thrive in a goal-oriented environment

  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions at a fast-paced, growing company

  • Be able to self motivate and work as a team member as required

  • Passion, staying power (grit) and commitment
