We are seeking a team lead to manage our growing B2B Sales Development team, who are tasked with generating meetings for the sales team. The role will be a player/coach as we build the team.
What you’ll do
Responsible for your own targets and the overall SDR function
Recruit, onboard and train team members to ramp them up as quickly as possible - will be scaled up to a team of 6
Review, create and improve on messaging to improve connect and conversion rates
Track the overall productivity, daily activities and performance of the SDR team
Lead from the front, motivate and coach the team on prospecting methodologies
You pick up the phone yourself in case your team is short on its targets, or the team is shortly staffed.
Work closely with wider GTM team to ensure that opportunities generated by SDRs are high quality converting to closed won revenue
Identify opportunities for better process and/or structure to drive improved efficiency
Hands-on sales background with outbound sales, preferably with a high-growth SaaS start-up / scale-up
Track record of driving team enablement and quota attainment
Broad knowledge in sales development techniques, their implementation and relevant tooling
Excellent communication, organizational, reporting and analytical skills.
