Your mission

CleanHub harnesses the power of tech to address one of the world's most pressing issues: plastic waste. 

Our platform enables effective waste management systems to be set up quickly in the coastal areas where they're needed most. Through our app we track and trace the entire logistics chain to provide the digital evidence for every kg of plastic that did not end up in our oceans. We partner with sustainable consumer brands to finance the collection of ocean-bound plastic with every product they sell. We’ve already financed the collection of 2’000’000kg of ocean-bound plastic - now it’s time to scale the impact.
Your profile

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and self-starter Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will create excitement about CleanHub and identify and create new qualified opportunities for our sales team. 

This is a great opportunity for people who are early in their careers and would like to work and learn from a passionate and supportive team, in a fast growing company.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate quality business opportunities to feed the sales funnel

  • Research and develop new business leads

  • Leverage prospecting tools such as Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator to network with potential customers

  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)

  • Strategise with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process

About you:

  • You need at least 6 months sales experience to ensure you can hit the ground running

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

  • Confidence in prospecting tools like Outreach (email sequences), Salesforce (CRM) and Linkedin Navigator 

  • Happy to pick up the phone and engage with prospects

  • You can think on your feet and answer unexpected questions with ease

  • A strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously

  • Demonstrate empathy for customers challenges

  • Resilient in the face of objections

  • Have a passion for sales and are target driven
